Who is responsible

Deependra Vishwakarma, an independent software engineer based in Mumbai, India, is responsible for this site and the personal data it collects. Contact: vishwakarmadeependra50@gmail.com.

What this site collects

• When you browse: the hosting provider (Vercel) processes technical data such as your IP address and browser type to deliver pages and protect the site. This site sets no advertising or tracking cookies.
• When you use the contact form: your name, email, company, country, the service you ask about, your budget and timeline bands, and your message, so I can reply. A privacy-friendly anti-spam check (Cloudflare Turnstile) runs when you submit.
• Preferences: your choices for theme and motion are stored in your own browser (local storage) and never sent to me.
• Analytics: if analytics are enabled, they are cookieless, don't record your screen or form inputs, and only count anonymous events such as which pages are viewed. No personal data is sent to analytics.

Why (legal bases)

Replying to an inquiry you sent is a step you asked for before a possible contract, and it is in both our legitimate interests. Delivering and securing the site is a legitimate interest. I don't sell or share your personal data, and I don't use it for advertising.

Where it is stored, and for how long

Inquiries are stored in a database in the European Union and delivered to me by email. I keep them for up to 24 months after our last contact, then delete them, unless we work together, in which case contract records are kept as long as the law requires.

Your rights

Depending on where you live (for example under the GDPR or UK GDPR, US state privacy laws, the UAE or Saudi data-protection laws, Japan's APPI or Korea's PIPA), you can ask to access, correct, delete or export your data, and object to or restrict its use. Email me and I'll respond within the time your law requires. This site honors the Global Privacy Control signal. You can also complain to your local data-protection authority.

International transfers

I work from India. When I read your inquiry, your data is accessed from there. Service providers used by this site may process data in other countries under their own safeguards.
