Do you work alone or with a team?
I work as one senior engineer who owns the whole system. That keeps communication short and accountability clear. For larger scopes we can agree who else joins, in writing, before they do.
Who owns the code?
You do. Intellectual property is assigned to you on payment, and the repository lives in your organization from the first day.
Can you work with our existing developers?
Yes. I often join existing teams: I set up the foundations, review code, pair with your developers, and leave documentation behind so the team can carry on without me.
