A senior software engineer for Denver product teams and founders
SaaS first versions, Next.js builds, technical SEO, Core Web Vitals and AI features for Denver product teams, with the start of your Mountain-time day in my late evening.
01
Why Denver teams bring me this work
If you run product in Denver, the work I'm most useful for is a product that is both fast and found: a SaaS first version, a Next.js front end that search engines and AI assistants can crawl and cite, and Core Web Vitals that pass for real users rather than only in a lab test. Colorado also expects controllers to honour universal opt-out signals such as Global Privacy Control, so I build that in from the first release instead of bolting it on.
What teams across the United States bring me
- You need a production-grade first version before your next raise, and hiring a senior engineer full time would take longer than building it.
- An app built in a hurry, by an agency, a contractor or AI tools, is now slow, fragile or risky to change, and customers have noticed.

The hours we share with Denver
Denver is on Mountain time: your 09:00 is 21:30 in Mumbai in winter and 20:30 in summer, between the East and West Coast windows. A call at the start of your day falls in my late evening, so we keep calls short and put the detail in writing: performance reports with field data, and a recorded walkthrough of each build.
Each city's 09:00–18:00 working day on the clock in Mumbai (UTC+5:30), in January and in July, so daylight saving is accounted for.
| City | In January | In July |
|---|---|---|
| DenverUTC−7 / UTC−6 | 21:30–06:30 (next day) | 20:30–05:30 (next day) |
Clocks Daylight saving time runs from 2:00 a.m. local time on the second Sunday in March to 2:00 a.m. on the first Sunday in November (15 U.S.C. 260a). India keeps one clock all year, so only your side moves.

Rules a Denver team's software meets
The Colorado Privacy Act
The Colorado Privacy Act took effect on 1 July 2023. It applies to controllers that do business in Colorado or target its residents and that process the personal data of 100,000 or more Colorado consumers in a calendar year, or earn revenue or discounts from selling data and process the data of 25,000 or more, wherever the controller is located.
Universal opt-out
Since 1 July 2024, controllers must accept opt-outs from targeted advertising and from the sale of data sent through a recognised universal opt-out mechanism. The Department of Law publishes the list of recognised mechanisms, and Global Privacy Control was the first.
The AI law, replaced in 2026
On 14 May 2026 Colorado enacted SB 26-189 on automated decision-making technology, which repeals and re-enacts its 2024 AI law (SB 24-205). Developers must give deployers technical documentation from 1 January 2027, and the Attorney General must adopt rules by the same date.

Questions from Denver teams
What hours do we share with Denver?
Your 09:00 is 21:30 in Mumbai from early November to mid-March and 20:30 the rest of the year. Calls go at the start of your day and stay short; reports and walkthroughs carry the detail.
Which Colorado rules apply to our product?
The Colorado Privacy Act applies to controllers that do business in Colorado or target its residents and process the data of 100,000 or more Colorado consumers a year, or sell data and process that of 25,000 or more, wherever they're based. Since 1 July 2024 that includes honouring universal opt-out signals such as Global Privacy Control, and if you build automated decision-making tools, SB 26-189 gives developers documentation duties from 1 January 2027. Confirm what applies with your counsel.
Do you have an office in Denver?
No. I work remotely from Mumbai, with no office or staff in Denver, and I don't offer in-person meetings there. We meet on video at the start of your day.
