Why Madrid teams bring me this work
If you run a Madrid startup or agency, the work I'm most useful for is the part that's expensive to redo: a first version's foundations, a Laravel or Next.js build that holds up when traffic grows, and performance work on a site that's already live. Spain's rules come with it, from the LOPDGDD's age of consent to accessibility under Law 11/2023, and I treat them as part of the build. I work in English.

The hours we share with Madrid
Madrid keeps Central European Time: your 09:00 is 13:30 in Mumbai in winter and 12:30 in summer, so your morning falls in my afternoon. Calls go early in your day; its end is my late evening, so anything later is answered in writing.
Each city's 09:00–18:00 working day on the clock in Mumbai (UTC+5:30), in January and in July, so daylight saving is accounted for.

Rules a Madrid team's software meets
The national act and the AEPD
Spain's national data-protection act is Organic Law 3/2018 of 5 December on the protection of personal data and the guarantee of digital rights (LOPDGDD). It establishes the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD) as an independent state-level administrative authority.
Digital age of consent
Under Article 7 of the LOPDGDD, a minor's personal data can be processed on the basis of the minor's own consent only from age 14.
Accessibility law
Spain transposed the European Accessibility Act in Title I of Law 11/2023 of 8 May, which entered into force on 28 June 2025.

Your 09:00 is 13:30 in Mumbai from late October to late March and 12:30 in summer. Your morning and early afternoon are shared; the end of your day is my late evening, so questions then are answered in writing.
From what age can a teenager sign up alone in Spain?
From 14: under Article 7 of the LOPDGDD, a minor's data can be processed on the minor's own consent only from that age. Below it, the minor's own consent isn't enough, so sign-up needs an age step and another route your counsel signs off. Confirm what applies with your counsel.
Do you work in Spanish?
I work in English. Code, specifications and reports are in English, and the Spanish interface copy should come from your team or a native writer.
Do you have an office in Madrid?
No. I work remotely from Mumbai, with no office or staff in Spain, and I don't offer in-person meetings in Madrid.
