The hours we share with Stockholm
Stockholm is on Central European Time: your 09:00 is 13:30 in Mumbai in winter and 12:30 in summer. Most of your working day is shared with mine; whatever happens after it is in a written update when you start the next morning.
Each city's 09:00–18:00 working day on the clock in Mumbai (UTC+5:30), in January and in July, so daylight saving is accounted for.

The supervisory authority
The Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection (Integritetsskyddsmyndigheten, IMY) is Sweden's data protection authority and supervises GDPR compliance by companies and public authorities.

The national act and the age of consent
Sweden's Act (2018:218) with supplementary provisions to the GDPR took effect on 25 May 2018, replacing the Personal Data Act (1998:204). It lets a child consent alone to information-society services from age 13.

Accessibility law
Sweden transposed the European Accessibility Act through the Act (2023:254) on the accessibility of certain products and services, issued on 11 May 2023 and in force since 28 June 2025.

Your 09:00 is 13:30 in Mumbai from late October to late March and 12:30 in summer. Your morning and early afternoon are shared; the rest of your day is covered by a written update.
Which Swedish rules apply to our app?
GDPR, supplemented by Act (2018:218) and supervised by IMY; that act lets a child consent alone to an information-society service from 13. The accessibility act (2023:254) has been in force since 28 June 2025. Confirm what applies with your counsel.
Do you have an office in Stockholm?
No. I work remotely from Mumbai, with no office or staff in Sweden, and I don't offer in-person meetings in Stockholm. I join your team's calls and channels like any remote colleague.
