Why Copenhagen teams bring me this work
This page is for Copenhagen product and health-tech teams. Health software needs what the telemedicine case study needed: real-time features that don't drop a consultation, personal data kept to the minimum, and access that's logged. Denmark adds a twist worth knowing: GDPR fines there are decided by the courts, after the Danish Data Protection Agency reports a case to the police.
What teams across the European Union bring me
- Your stack has to pass a GDPR review: data maps, processor terms, transfers and retention.
- You're adding AI features and need to meet the AI Act's transparency duties: people must know when they are dealing with an AI system.

The hours we share with Copenhagen
Copenhagen is on Central European Time: your 09:00 is 13:30 in Mumbai in winter and 12:30 in summer. Your morning and early afternoon fall inside my working day, so reviews and pairing happen live.
Each city's 09:00–18:00 working day on the clock in Mumbai (UTC+5:30), in January and in July, so daylight saving is accounted for.
| City | In January | In July |
|---|---|---|
| CopenhagenUTC+1 / UTC+2 | 13:30–22:30 | 12:30–21:30 |
Clocks Central European Time (UTC+1) in winter, Central European Summer Time (UTC+2) from the last Sunday of March to the last Sunday of October, under Directive 2000/84/EC; clocks change at 01:00 UTC.

Rules a Copenhagen team's software meets
The supervisory authority, and fines
Denmark's supervisory authority is the Danish Data Protection Agency (Datatilsynet). GDPR fines in Denmark are decided by the courts: Datatilsynet reports a case to the police and proposes the size of the fine.

The national act and the age of consent
Denmark's Data Protection Act (databeskyttelsesloven, Act No. 502 of 23 May 2018) supplements the GDPR. It lets a child consent alone to information-society services from age 13, and makes breaches of listed provisions punishable by a fine or up to six months' imprisonment (§ 41).
Accessibility law
Denmark transposed the European Accessibility Act through the Act on accessibility requirements for products and services (Act No. 801 of 7 June 2022). It entered into force on 28 June 2022 and applies to products and services, including e-commerce services, placed on the market or provided from 28 June 2025.

Questions from Copenhagen teams
What hours do we share with Copenhagen?
Your 09:00 is 13:30 in Mumbai from late October to late March and 12:30 in summer, so your morning and early afternoon are shared.
How are GDPR fines handled in Denmark?
Through the courts: the Danish Data Protection Agency reports a case to the police and proposes the size of the fine, and a court decides. The Data Protection Act also makes breaches of listed provisions punishable by a fine or up to six months' imprisonment. Confirm what applies with your counsel.
Do you have an office in Copenhagen?
No. I work remotely from Mumbai, with no office or staff in Denmark, and I don't offer in-person meetings in Copenhagen.
